Surgical Technician – Operating Room (1.0 FTE, Day Shift)

Seaside, Oregon

Schedule:

1.0 FTE | Day shift, includes weekdays and weekends

Pay: $29.51 - $45.16/hr based on experience

Bonus: $8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external hires

Join a close-knit surgical team where your skills and attention to detail directly support positive surgical outcomes. As a Surgical Technician, you’ll play a critical role in the operating room, working side-by-side with surgeons and nurses to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedure requirements
• Assist the surgical team by providing necessary instruments, sutures, and supplies during operations
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centered care

• Completion of a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited surgical technology program with active certification (NBSTSA, JCAHPO, or NCCT), or completion of an approved military training program, or eligible under Oregon’s grandfathering rule (2014–2017) with required CE hours
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
