Occupational Therapist at Providence Seaside Hospital – On‑call, Day shift schedule.
Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Coast Mountain Range, Providence Seaside Hospital is the heart of Providence's north coast service area.
Providence Seaside Hospital is a 25‑bed critical access hospital with full accreditation by the Joint Commission that offers primary and specialty care, birth center with family suites, general surgery, rehabilitation, radiology, diagnostic imaging, pathology and emergency medicine 24 hrs./7 days‑a‑week. Our Rehab Department fosters a collaborative and patient‑centered environment. Our focus on patient experience and best practices, combined with strong connections to our regional rehab partners, contributes to a high standard of care and positive outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age‑related needs.
- Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Coursework/Training: occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.

Oregon Occupational Therapist License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate will be placed on the wage range for this position based on relevant experience and other factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
