We are looking for Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our Front Desk staff attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.

• Answer phone calls as they come in
• Make reservations, changes to reservations, and cancellations
• Interact with guests, walk in reservations and owners
• Maintain inventory on the computer
• Work closely with management
• Set up housekeeper's morning assignments so they are ready to go when they come in.
• Write incoming reservation sheets and codes to give to guests on arrival

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred not required
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Must pass a background check
• Must have open availability
• Must have transportation
• Must be able to speak and understand English
