HR Business Partner (Hybrid)

Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. They partner with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. HRBPs translate the group s business strategies into HR solutions that enable the team to meet its strategic objectives, and serve as extended members of the executive and senior leadership as close advisors to the leadership team.

This position will work hybrid and will require on-site presence at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and Providence Seaside Hospital.

• 5 years Human Resources related experience.

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
