Part Time Housekeeping Professional​/Property Manager

Overview

Part-time Property Manager Housekeeping professional needed for Seaside Vacation Homes, Seaside, OR. We are seeking a weekend warrior with core days Sunday–Monday and additional hours upon request/availability. Our program covers over 60 homes and condos and 24 Tiny Homes in our rental program. We emphasize high cleanliness standards and a supportive work environment.

• Maintain cleaning, housekeeping, maid service, room attendant, custodian, and property management duties for the vacation homes and tiny homes in our program.
• Support operations and guest services as needed with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Contribute to a clean, well-organized property experience for guests and owners.

• Drug-Free Workplace (We Test).
• Clean driving record if involved with Operations & Guest Services.
• Must have established residence on North Coast or a transition plan (e.g., lease).
• A reliable car or truck to get to work; not shared; valid driver's license.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour while in training, with summer bonuses ($21.60/hr) for experienced staff. Scheduling is flexible with typical part-time hours from 10:00 am–3:00 pm; office hours are 9:30 am–6:00 pm. Benefits include health insurance reimbursement, ongoing training and certifications, a profit-sharing retirement fund, and paid time off.
