Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) Nurse in the Portland area. This position involves floating between units as needed within the specified facilities, providing patient care on a medical-surgical floor monitored through telemetry. The role requires adapting to various unit needs and supporting patient outcomes through clinical expertise.

• Responsibilities include accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, central line care/management, chest tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, CVA, feeding tube care, Heparin protocols, interpretation of dysrhythmias, intracranial bleeds, PPE precautions, dysrhythmia management, MS/Tele monitoring, oxygen administration, PCA, peripheral line care, phlebotomy, PICC line management, post-MI care, seizure disorders, IV starts, surgical drains, wound care, and wound vac unit management.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates must have at least two years of experience, be able to work independently on a general medical surgical telemetry floor, and be willing to work holiday shifts. Candidates are responsible for responding to specific scheduling and RTO requests during submission. Proof of recent work at a healthcare facility within the last three years, along with two references, are required prior to start.
