IF this sounds like you, we want you on our TEAM! We are searching for a CULTURE builder who loves SALES and being part of a team that is going places. Last year we launched our home furnishings showroom and starting in 2020 we are opening the property management program up to a new tier of properties. We are looking for a closer who can network in our retail showroom while leading our reservations team for vacation rentals.

You will work hand in hand with the owners to scale the social aspects of our business (networking with new employees, homeowners, neighbors and guests), which is a Ton Of Fun.

Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. While the job requires strong initiative and self‑direction, results are only achieved with and through people.

A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for designing and implementing interactive communication and decision‑making processes. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. The job requires a high degree of "selling", whether of ideas and policies within the organization, or products or services in the marketplace.

The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a "selling" rather "telling" communication style. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and proactively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

• Schedule runs Sun – Thurs 9:30am–6pm / Filling in for Team as needed
• Summer limited time off is available / Vacation off Season Q4 & Q1 is easy to come by.
• Pot is a no go = not at work or outside for us.
• Clean Driving Record
• Must have established residence on North Coast or Transition Plan (housing is difficult to come by and sorry = living in Your car while You try and find a spot is not going to work for us)
• You will need a reliable car or truck to get to work / valid DL. We need to know You will not be walking in the rain come January & February when the wind will knock You over out there.
