Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Seatac, WA. Earn up to $18.00/hr we’re looking for reliable people who love to help others and enjoy flexible work.

As a caregiver (also known as a Papa Pal), you’ll provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and, most importantly, friendly company.

Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (availability depending on your location). Work on your own flexible schedule – use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle from the year 2013 or newer
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week
