Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customers claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of water mitigation and fire restoration a plus, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Review claim, and complete appropriate reports for the claim.
• Answer phone lines and direct to appropriate persons.
• Data entry and uploading documentation to company and insurance portals.
• Maintain organized records of all claims processed, including relevant correspondence and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments regarding claim status and issues.

• Experience in mitigation industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with MICA and Fusion/DASH is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
