• Manage the entire shift, ensuring all crew members are performing their duties.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations and set a positive example for the crew.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Lead the shift by setting an example and ensuring crew adherence to policies.

• At least 18 years old or older.
• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Shift Leader Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00
