Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensure excellent guest service, address guest concerns with positive solutions, and oversee room service efficiency (including timely delivery and tray removal).
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards, make budget‑conscious shift decisions, and assign/adjust daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Process sales using the POS system, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Enforce enforcement of ABC laws, health regulations, and safety standards within the restaurant.
  • Use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions and use other automation systems to audit a broad range of restaurant activities.
Property‑Specific Information

Operates as weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Restaurant Supervisor.

Physical Demands
  • Grasp, lift, carry, or transport up to 40 pounds and operate various food and beverage equipment.
  • Work most of the shift standing and moving around in the restaurants and kitchen areas.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and reach to perform essential duties for up to 8 hours.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3‑year experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area (preferred).
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification (required).
  • Food Handlers Certification (required).
