• The Accounting Assistant provides critical support by aiding in the day-to-day functionality of the Accounting team.
• This role is ideal for someone interested in providing financial and administrative support in a team environment.
• Accounting experience is required.
• Dealership accounting is preferred.
• Candidates who want to learn more about the accounting function and desire to experience a sense of accomplishment at the end of each workday are encouraged to apply.

• Reconciliation and Post Daily Service & Parts Batches.
• Communication with Admin Staff & Dealership Managers.
• Daily Deposits.
• Accounting Schedules (research and journal entries).
• Dealer Trades.
• Other tasks as overseen by the Accounting Manager.
• Cross‑training on various positions in the office.
