Job Description

Title:
Accounting Professional (Collection)

Location:
Seattle, WA 98104

Description: 3 to 6 Months

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Collection and accounts receivable management for AR trade customers

Ensure the complete and timely collection of accounts receivable

Analyze aged trial balance of accounts receivable

Communicate with customers and negotiate repayment terms

Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis

Reconciliation of accounts receivable

Prepare special reports as required

Prepare and recommend credit files

Monthly reporting and journal entries

Credit department processes support and improvement

Knowledge/

Skills Required:

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Excellent analytical skills

Team Player

Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently

Ability to handle multiple assignments and high-stress situations with professionalism

Credit and accounts receivable experience preferred

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel

College degree or equivalent experience is required;
University degree is an asset

Accounting knowledge (university course or equivalent)
