What you will be doing
  • Review, verify and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match purchase orders, invoices and receipts
  • Manage weekly payment runs
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete month‑end closeout procedures including accruals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Consistently offering professional engaging and friendly service
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Basic accounting skills including ability to work unsupervised with a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy with a high level of confidentiality
  • Previous experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Windows and Excel is a must
