The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key tasks include monitoring accounts payable/receivable, assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes, and collaborating with the finance team to support organizational goals and objectives.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial data
• Experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation is a plus
• Familiarity with benefits administration or the healthcare industry is an advantage
