YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Property Accountant to manage a portfolio of 16+ affordable housing properties across Seattle, King and Snohomish counties. You will use Yardi to handle tenant rent, subsidies, AR/AP, and monthly closings, collaborating with eight property managers and the Finance team.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property accounting, LIHTC knowledge, and strong Excel skills. This hybrid role includes three days in the office and two remote days weekly.
