Accounts Payable And Payroll Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk to support day-to-day invoice and payment activities for an on-site Contract position based in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who can keep financial records accurate, manage vendor-related documentation efficiently, and help maintain timely payment cycles. The successful candidate will bring a strong grasp of accounts payable and payroll procedures and a careful approach to reviewing, coding, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing.
• Review, verify, and reconcile employee expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and prepare payroll information for manager review and approval.
• Support benefits administration and assist with employee open enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate payroll and AP records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to employee and vendor inquiries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP and payroll functions while meeting established deadlines.
