Apple One is partnering with an established Seattle-area property management organization seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong full-cycle bookkeeping experience and hands-on Yardi Voyager expertise who enjoys taking ownership of their work, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to a collaborative, professional environment.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for a property management portfolio.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Process journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate tenant and property accounting records using Yardi Voyager.
- Prepare financial reports and provide accounting support to leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience required.
- Hands-on Yardi Voyager accounting experience required.
- Property management or real estate accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end processes.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- $37–$42 per hour, depending on experience.
