Location: Seattle, WA Onsite
Salary: $93,600 - $114,400

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Process monthly payroll for approximately 25 multi-state employees using ADP
  
  • Manage banking activities, cash management, and treasury functions
  
  • Initiate and oversee check runs and payment processes
  
  • Coordinate with offshore staff supporting accounts payable activities
  
  • Handle tax reporting and related compliance requirements
  
  • Serve as a key point of communication between local and offshore accounting teams

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
  • Experience processing payroll through ADP
  
  • Strong accounting experience including cash management and general accounting operations
  
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax reporting requirements
