Are you excited to be at the heart of Alexa's IoT and AI innovations? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the leadership team that powers the world's largest IoT installation and most trusted AI assistant. This role places you at the organizational core of a team that manages over 1 billion connected endpoints and enables millions of daily Alexa interactions worldwide.
Keyjob responsibilities
- Act as the master orchestrator of multiple executives’ calendars, ensuring leaders can focus on high‑value priorities.
- Create seamless travel experiences through domestic and international coordination.
- Plan and execute memorable team events, leadership off‑sites, and strategic planning sessions.
- Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings and presentations.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Drive operational excellence through program‑management skills, keeping the team running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll proactively manage a diverse range of responsibilities including:
- Calendar & Meeting Management
• Handle complex scheduling for multiple executives.
• Drive effective meeting management with detailed agendas and follow‑up.
• Track and ensure completion of key deliverables.
• Coordinate with other EAs to optimize leadership scheduling. - Team & Space Operations
• Liaise between leadership and their direct reports.
• Lead planning and execution of team activities such as all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and event planning.
• Manage office space planning and optimization. - Travel & Administration
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements efficiently. - Culture & Collaboration
• Build strong partnerships with other EAs and leaders across the organization.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute to team culture and engagement.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of executive‑assistant experience.
- Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment to keep team members informed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience leading process improvements.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
- Experience coordinating domestic or international travel, or prioritizing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with workspace planning/management.
