As the Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our school's records and data. • Accurately entering and maintaining student and staff information into the school's database
• Organizing and updating student transcripts, attendance records, and other important documents
• Generating reports and extracting data for various departments and stakeholders
• Collaborating with the administrative team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all sensitive data
• Other administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with school operations and data management systems is a plus
