Executive Assistant, Pharmacy

Executive Assistant, Amazon Pharmacy s Seattle-based role supports two Directors in the Amazon Pharmacy Customer and AI Engineering team. The executive assistant will understand business priorities, react with urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround, and proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives and external stakeholders is required.

• Manage multiple complex calendars for two Directors; plan and organize events of all sizes; coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain effective communication across teams; create a positive team environment.
• In-office requirement: 5 days per week in Seattle.
• Serve as a resource beyond basic administrative support and be looked to as a pseudo COS to support operations.

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
• Experience with executive-level calendar management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
