Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job OverviewResponsibilities include complex calendar management, prioritizing tasks, tracking VP meetings, managing travel and expenses, and providing administrative support. Candidates must handle multiple tasks with little guidance, have attention to detail, make timely decisions, and react quickly to urgent situations. Exceptional communication skills, integrity, discretion, and professionalism are required. At least two years of college and 5+ years of experience supporting senior management are needed, along with strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
