Graduate Program Coordinator
Seattle University – Full‑Time, Hybrid Eligible
* position for the Graduate Nursing Program Coordinator. Reports to the Vice Dean for Nursing in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
- Student Services:
Collaborate with the Dean's Office, faculty, Office of the Registrar, Graduate Admissions, and Student Financial Services to resolve registration issues (e.g., students' leave of absence, enrollment withdrawal, requests for permission for exception to policy, registration overrides, coursework drop/add procedures, switching specialty tracks, etc.). Guide student cohorts for the selection of student representatives and facilitate quarterly meetings with the Vice Dean. - Project and Program Management:
Plan and manage various projects for the Dean's office including preparation, submission, and tracking of curricular/course proposals and change forms; reviewing and editing the graduate program catalog; assist program and college administrators with developing and implementing program review and improvement initiatives; coordinate graduate nursing program events; manage data for program quality improvement; assist with accreditation and regulatory reports; compile and track program data for submission to agencies;
create and coordinate quarterly course evaluations; manage student DNP Project submission; attend related meetings; monitor and keep policies updated; partner with marketing and communications; maintain program information; collaborate with other staff for clinical placements; supervise and train graduate nursing program work‑study students; perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree and two or more years of progressively responsible program coordination or management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties.
- Excellent writing skills, document processing, spreadsheet applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Accurate, prioritize activities, accomplish multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to monitor, assess, and triage evolving situations and take initiative to suggest and/or implement solutions.
- Master's Degree.
- Experience or knowledge of graduate programs in the healthcare fields.
- Experience with Power BI.

Compensationh3>Annual Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $53,000.00.
