Manager Administrative Services (Hybrid)

The Manager Administrative Services will be responsible for leading the executive assistants for the North Division which supports the Providence Swedish Puget Sound and Providence Alaska markets.

The manager will lead in a manner which promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy. Oversees duties and responsibilities of the divisional Executive Office and provides lead administrative support for North Division Executive Leadership team. Will establish and maintain positive relationships with the administrative team, in all aspects, serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

• Coursework/Training:
  Four years of university or college training in English, Liberal Arts, or related subjects.
• Coursework/Training:
  Graduation from a technical program in Secretarial or Office Support Services or equivalent education/experience.
• Administrative experience: 5 years with 3 years supporting senior leadership.
• Leadership experience: 3 years.
