* Job Summary:

** The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Department, managing room block inventories, detailing incoming functions, and qualifying sales inquiries. This role ensures the smooth flow of communication and paperwork, supporting the department’s efforts to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
** Essential Functions and Duties:
** Handle faxing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Skills:

** Previous administrative or sales support experience is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to assist with reports and audits.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
