Position Overview
Part‑time Office Administrator supports a boutique investment firm in downtown Seattle, WA. The role is the front‑of‑house and operational backbone, managing daily office operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day office needs
- Strong background in office administration or office operations
- Experience providing front‑of‑house and phone support
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Comfortable supporting meetings, AV systems, and office technology
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team
Hourly pay range $25–$30 per hour. Benefits eligibility and long‑term offerings may be available upon hire, depending on employment status and client policies.
