Assistant Marketing Coordinator – (189833)

Responsibilities- Assist marketing team members in preparing and developing proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, document assembly, production coordination, proposal delivery, and electronic file organization.
- Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
- Maintain the marketing database, including resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
- Conduct research and distribute marketing information, including requests for qualifications, proposals, and bids.
- Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Who You Are:
- Forward-thinking, comfortable working on multi-disciplinary teams in virtual settings.
- Good writer, skilled at defining and articulating a message and organizing content visually.
- Exceptionally organized, obsessively attentive to detail, driven, and able to balance multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Lifelong learner who embraces new ways and contributes to process improvements.
- Relevant marketing or A/E/C industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
- Ability and desire to engage with others in-person, including traveling to Washington offices as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
