Base Pay Range

$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Executive Assistant

Hybrid

Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling calls and meetings, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless day-to-day flow.
  • Provide administrative support to the investment team and assist with onsite meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including commercial and occasional private flights.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of onsite meetings and events, including meals, logistics, materials, and end-to-end coordination.
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations and process expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Handle office tasks such as copying, scanning, securing signatures, document organization, and file management.
  • Support the extended investment team, including affiliate groups, with travel and administrative needs.
  • Serve as backup administrative support for additional Investment Professionals as required.

Office & Event Support

  • Lead or assist in planning internal and external events from concept through completion.
  • Provide limited administrative assistance to portfolio companies when needed.
  • Participate in additional projects based on business needs and candidate interest.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple C-level executives; private equity or financial services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
