Administration Operations Specialist

Sea Tac, WA (In Office)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hourly Pay: $30.00/hour

Overview

We are looking for an outstanding employee to grow their career with Securitas. This hourly full‑time role is based in our Sea Tac, WA office and reports to the Area Operations Coordinator. You will perform a high‑level of administrative duties assisting with invoicing, client billing, contract audits, reports, orders, vendors, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoice matching, and other miscellaneous tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

If you have a passion to help, great organizational and communication skills, and high‑level Excel and Microsoft Suite skills, this is the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities
  • High‑level administrative duties with invoicing, client billing, contract audits, reports, orders, vendors, accounts receivable and payable.
  • Invoice matching and other miscellaneous tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Data collection, report analysis, auditing, and billing.
  • Support the Area Operations Coordinator as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Legal right to work in the United States; 18+ years of age.
  • Reliable means of communication and transportation.
  • Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug and background checks.
