The responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to greet, assist, and provide support, direction and information to staff, clients, visitors, and other guests of the business. We value a collaborative work environment that fosters strong relationships between supervisors and employees. To support this culture, this position is designated as on‑site and cannot be performed remotely. We expect the responsibilities of this role to be carried out within an office or job site setting.

This is a full‑time hourly, non‑exempt position. Working hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Hourly range: $26.00/hour – $29.00/hour.

Key Elements Of Your Day-to-day
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner; determines the
  • Answers incoming phone calls on multi‑lined telephone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries. Distributes items to specific
  • Maintains cleanliness of the office, conference rooms and kitchen/café to exceptional standards for clients and colleagues.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and cleaning up after.
  • Stocks and maintains beverages and food in kitchen.
  • Stocks and maintains all office supplies. Assists with ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Keeps office orderly and neat, including copy areas, conference rooms and kitchens.
  • Provide administrative support to staff working in the office and operations.
