Compensation Data

Status:
Hourly Non-Exempt

Grade Range: $30.45 - $33.57

Return on Asset Bonus:
Up to 33.9%

Average Yearly Wages with ROA: $78,536.

Basic Job Functions

The Melt Shop Coordinator is responsible for managing departmental information flow and transactions. This encompasses departmental administrative support including, but not limited to, data entry, payroll, procurement, accounting, organization, and presentation. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

One year of project coordination or high-level administrative experience; or

Two years of work in an accounting or HR related role or a combination of related work experience and education; and

Two years of Microsoft Excel or similar software experience with heavy data entry responsibilities.
