- Run errands for the project team as needed (daily/weekly).
- Assist with new‑hire onboarding paperwork for field employees.
- Keep the job site office organized, stocked with supplies, and running smoothly.
- Tackle additional tasks as they come up – no two days are exactly the same.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience (construction industry knowledge is a big plus).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) and Smartsheet. Experience using Bluebeam for PDF markups and editing. Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and/or Vista is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication.

- Travel: Ability to travel to various job sites and occasionally support construction shutdowns (1–6 weeks at a time, multiple times per year – travel fully covered).
You’ll move frequently between office trailers and active construction sites. In the office: prolonged sitting, computer work, repetitive typing, and phone use. On‑site: standing/walking on uneven ground for long periods, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, crawling into tight spaces, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, wear full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots, etc.),
