Pay Range: $25–$50 per hour flat rate + performance bonuses (A-Techs typically earn $70K–$100K+)

Finesse Auto is expanding its hiring reach into the Bellevue market and seeks an experienced automotive repair technician with strong diagnostic ability and high-level repair capability, especially on European vehicles. We operate a well-organized, modern Euro service facility with a strong reputation for integrity, efficiency, and a drama‑free environment.

• Monday–Friday work schedule; weekends off
• Paid weekly
• Modern shop tools, equipment, and advanced scan tools
• Service Advisors who sell your work and support your workflow
• Shop‑provided insurance coverage for your tools
• We will pay to transport your toolbox to our facility

• Flat Rate: $25–$50 per hour flagged
• Performance Bonus:
  Up to an additional $10 per hour when goals are met
• Minimum Hours Guarantee:
  • First month: 30 hours/week
  • Ongoing: 20 hours/week for consistency with larger jobs
• Annual holiday bonus:
  Additional $1 per hour flagged for the year
• Typical earnings for A‑level techs: $70,000–$100,000+ depending on skill and efficiency

• Experience with European brands (BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, MINI, etc.)
• Dealership or European specialty shop experience
