Elliot Bay Auto Brokers, a top-rated luxury automotive dealership located in Seattle, WA, is actively seeking an experienced Car Biller to join our team! Our dealership specializes in BMW and Mercedes-Benz, but we are no strangers to Lexus, Audi, Land Rover, Porsche, Jaguar, Infiniti, Cadillac, Acura, and others. Working as our Car Biller, your main responsibilities would revolve around all the administrative and clerical work that comes with billing all vehicles and posting accounting.

The ideal candidate would have prior car billing and titling experience.

A Focus on Premium Brands and Quality

• Specialized Inventory:
  Work daily with high-end luxury vehicles, primarily BMW and Mercedes-Benz, alongside other premium brands like Lexus, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
• Top-Rated Dealership:
  Join a respected, top-rated dealership in the Seattle, WA area, known for quality and excellence.

• The Billing Clerk for vehicle sales verifies costs, including the cost of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, for the accounting department.
• Post manual journal entries not posted by the computer system and any other postings as required.
• Reconcile select accounts monthly, prior to month-end.
• Complete end-of-month accounting reports.
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department.
• Prepare payoff checks for NEW and USED vehicles on the floor plan.
• Reconcile the holdback statement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Car Biller Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior car billing experience.
• 1+ years of dealership experience.
• Prior titling experience strongly preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
