Job Description
Pierre Ford of Seattle, a leading automotive dealership in King County, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional to join our successful sales team. Salary: $43,000.00 - $ per year
Responsibilities- Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
- Showcase Ford vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and answering customer inquiries.
- Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
- Stay updated on the latest Ford & Lincoln models, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry (though not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A reputable and established dealership with a strong presence in the community.
- Competitive compensation package including commission & bonuses: $43,000.00 - $ per year

- Paid Time Off: accrual starting in accordance with state and local law (1 hour for every 40 hours worked for full‑time employees working outside of Seattle city limits; and 1 hour for every 30 hours worked for full‑time employees working inside Seattle city limits) with accrual increases based on years of continuous service
