Experienced Program Manager

Role Background -We are searching for an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for managing worldwide sales and marketing initiatives, partnering with full-time Microsoft Employees.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and manage project plans for global programs.
• Build thought leadership and develop scalable change management plans to drive adoption of global.
• Work with a wide array of global audiences (Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales) in a consultative manner.
• Connect stakeholders by coordinating and documenting meetings/engagements.
• Develop metrics & KPIs and provide clear data/reporting to determine the current performance and future projections for your programs/projects.
• Provide holistic customer and business insights and actionable intelligence to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional problem solving, technical, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration.
• Solid/advanced Excel skills
• Minimum of bachelor's degree required.

• Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment & organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative on new projects and drive complex issues to resolution.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to try new things.
• Analyst work experience preferred (experience with Power BI, Tableau or SQL a plus).
• Finance background preferred.
• Degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Economics/Business or Engineering.
• Experience working as a consultant or in an operations background is greatly valued.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Corporation as a full-time employee or vendor highly valued
