Perform a full range of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting.

Pay Rate: $23.50 to $25.00 depending on experience

- Thursday (6:00pm-2:30am)



Job Duties

• Lead, direct, and support a team of janitorial staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule.
• Assign cleaning zones or tasks and follow up to ensure standards are met.
• Serve as the first point of contact for janitorial staff questions, shift needs, and on-the-ground issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness and ensure compliance with established cleaning standards.
• Address any deficiencies or missed tasks promptly, either by correcting personally or delegating effectively.
• Train new team members on cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Reinforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, materials, and equipment.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Time management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
