US Onboarding Specialist

Handling end-to-end US Onboarding with also being the first point of contact for employees.

Sending Onboarding paperwork, tax form,
I9 form, client docs, etc. to new hires.

Initiating background check.

W2,1099,Termination Process.

Make a welcome call to consultants for induction and explaining them the policies and benefits.

Working with the team to achieve efficient onboarding and supporting them at every point. Reviewing their onboardings and sharing final approvals.

Responsible for submitting audit reports to clients.

Need to handle BGC screenings on daily basis.

Responsible for providing training to new joiners and reviewing their progress.

Participating in client meetings for any new changes to the system.

Interacting with client for any employment-related concerns.

Tracking the timesheets on weekly basis i.e., attendance management so that payment is made on time to candidates and also, we can get timely billing from clients.

Being the first point of contact to employees, responsible to handle grievances and solve their issues on a timely basis.
