We’re looking for a strategic and systems-focused TA Operations Manager to help evolve how we plan, measure, and scale hiring across Databricks. This role bridges strategy and execution - strengthening the processes, tools, and analytics that power our global recruiting engine.
As a TA Operations Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives, use data-driven insights to inform decisions, and partner closely across teams to enhance efficiency and alignment. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and business acumen to optimize the recruitment lifecycle and deliver measurable results. In this individual contributor role, you’ll shape outcomes through thought leadership, collaboration, and strong execution.
The Impact You Will Have- Partner closely with engineering recruiting during the first few months to streamline how we work, refine tools and processes, and establish the foundation for scalable growth.
- Assess current TA systems, workflows, and data structures to diagnose strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, informing a clear operational roadmap.
- Evaluate and refine the recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS, scheduling, sourcing, and assessment tools, to support a seamless and scalable hiring experience.
- Lead global Talent Acquisition initiatives that redesign processes, introduce new technologies, improve data quality, and strengthen operational excellence across the function.
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through thoughtful change management, clear communication, and targeted training.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual tasks and increase productivity for recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Support enterprise recruiting programs by driving hiring manager enablement, interviewer readiness, and the development of standardized guidance that promotes consistent and effective hiring.
- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition Strategy, Operations, or related Consulting roles; experience in global tech or high-growth environments preferred
- Proven success leading large-scale recruiting transformation or operational redesign initiatives.
- Strong understanding of engineering hiring dynamics and global recruiting operations.
- Blend of consulting discipline and in-house execution excellence.
- Track record of delivering measurable impact through systems, data, and process improvement.

$139,300 — $195,025 USD

$125,400 — $175,500 USD
