About the Role:
As a Product Manager on the Category Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our e‑commerce merchants.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the e‑commerce landscape, identifying key opportunities and risks to inform strategic decision‑making and guide the development of actionable business strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the operational models, supply chain dynamics, and key challenges faced by e‑commerce merchants.
- Design and implement tailored solutions to optimize performance on the platform, driving industry growth and operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify pain points and growth opportunities for brands and SMBs.
- Develop and refine customized product solutions and drive implementation to accelerate GMV growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Understanding of e‑commerce consumer habits and merchant operating models.
- Strong critical thinking skills and natural curiosity, able to analyze information objectively and draw well‑reasoned conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, skilled in cross‑team communication and collaboration.
- Strong data‑driven mindset and excellent data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the e‑commerce industry. MBA degree is a plus.

Job Information
Base salary range: $156,864 – $296,020 annually.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid holidays.
