Theopportunity
The Service Now Global Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) is responsible for working with EY-Service Now alliance and sales to manage the day to day aspects of the Service Now alliance relationship – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors.
Yourkey responsibilities
Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance relationship management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Global Service Now ARD will work as part of the Service Now Global Alliance teams working directly with Service Now Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within Service Now and EY’s Service Now alliance practice and account executives to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances.
Yourprimary responsibilities will include:
Execute Service Now Global alliance strategy and objectives
Facilitate top to top Service Now Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance Activities
Drive results through disciplined, industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and Service Now counterparts
Execute Service Now Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global Service Now Alliance executives
Deploy Service Now partner programs into Global, driving local activation and compliance
Gain access to Service Now Global level programs, coordinating with Global Service Now ARD to secure required approvals
Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, Service Now impact/influence
Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts
Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements
Collaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution. Collaborate with local Area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute local Alliance marketing activities
Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights
This role is based in the US. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. The role will require some travel.
