Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $23-$27/hr (DOE)

About the Role

The Title & Registration (T&R) Specialist I is an individual contributor who coordinates customer vehicle purchases for any Lithia business channel, ensuring all purchase and DMV paperwork is accurate and processed timely for either the purchase or sale of vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Print, review, and analyze inbound purchase documents for accuracy and upload/submit required paperwork with government agencies.
  • Research and resolve vehicles on hand without a title aged beyond 15 calendar days for assigned deals.
  • Print, review, and analyze outbound sale documents for accuracy and submit required paperwork to agencies.
  • Research and resolve sold vehicles without a title aged beyond 30 calendar days.
  • Communicate with customers regarding registration/title issues via chat, phone, and email.
  • Work with government personnel when needed to resolve registration/title issues.
  • Follow up with LAD personnel on issues needing correction during purchase or sale.
  • Meet performance standards of accuracy, timeliness, cure rates, and efficiency.
  • Perform additional work and tasks as needed.

  • DMV and/or dealership titling experience required.
  • CDK experience is a plus.
