Robert Half is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Workday HCM to support and mature HR business processes across the organization. This position is a 6 month contract opportunity that will have the potential to convert to hire and is a Hybrid position (2-3 days onsite). Apply now!

Job Details:

Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert

Location:

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite / Tuesday and Thursdays)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm PST

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday HCM initiatives.

+ Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes.

+ Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

+ Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts.

+ Collaborate closely with cross functional team members and HR to support enhancements and ongoing initiatives.

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday core HCM.

+ Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions.

+ Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation and present findings clearly.

+ Experience using Azure Dev Ops for sprint reporting and work tracking.

+ High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.

+ Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
