Business Analyst III

Business Analyst III – Seattle, WA – Contract (3 months) – $58.1 per hour. This role requires 5+ years of analytical experience, 3+ years of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL expertise.

• Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization.
• Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions.
• Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).
• Directly perform ad‑hoc analysis to determine the root cause of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership.
• Serve as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

• 5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role.
• 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing, or logistics.
