Assistant Studio Manager (ASM)

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure front‑of‑house operations run smoothly. The role involves greeting members, presenting the Orange theory Fitness concept, answering phones, giving studio tours, guiding introductions through workouts, selling memberships, following up on prospects, handling member concerns, participating in marketing events, and maintaining a clean, organized studio.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers (intros)
• Working at the front desk, answering phones and engaging members
• Giving studio tours
• Guiding introductions through their first Orange theory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
