In this role, you will help program leaders move strategic initiatives forward, strengthen reporting practices, and turn complex data into clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and execute program management work and tasks (about 70% of the role), independently coordinating work streams and helping program managers within the team drive their initiatives forward
  • Provide consistent status updates on progress, issues, risks, and concerns to stakeholders
  • Create clear, organized communication materials (status updates, playbooks, RASCI documentation) for stakeholders
  • Develop project schedules, define time frames, and prioritize tasks to achieve milestones and deliver intended objectives
  • Monitor progress against project milestones, timelines, specifications, and requirements
  • Own Jira intake/tracking hygiene and proactively drives process improvement and automation initiatives within the MPO org
  • Build, own, and maintain the team's dashboards and data sources - including the umbrella Marketplace Health Dashboard and custom SQL views/Tableau connections - partnering with MPO program managers on KPI requirements and with other insights teammates on shared methodology and reporting standards
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks through data analysis and metric monitoring, applying AI-assisted tools (Claude, Glean, etc.) to accelerate analysis, and present clear, stakeholder-ready insights and recommendations to MINT program managers and MPO leadership
  • Own the MPO dashboard/metrics catalog lifecycle - intake, build, QA, and retirement - so the portfolio stays accurate and trustworthy
  • Triage and prioritize incoming ad hoc data/dashboard requests (Jira/Confluence) against the standardized reporting roadmap
  • Represent MINT's insights needs in the AI Operations team's Beta Builder group, helping bring new AI-powered tools from pilot to production
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate experience supporting or leading small to mid-scale programs or projects end to end, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a clear, actionable narrative for varied audiences
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • A curious, self-starting mindset with an interest in applying AI/GenAI tools to improve the speed and quality of insight generation
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight, managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Working proficiency in Excel, SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and a plus: familiarity with a scripting language (Python)
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in project/program coordination, insights, analytics, data, or a related role, with demonstrated ability to work independently
