Program Operations Specialist, Clinical Trials Office

The Program Operations Specialist leads the administration and operational management of a mobile Translational Research Unit (mTRU) program.

• Oversee program operations, resource allocation, capacity management, and workflow development to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze utilization metrics, develop reports, and evaluate program performance.
• Serve as primary liaison for investigators, study teams, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare or clinical research operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred:
  Additional experience in program management, capacity planning, and process improvement methodologies.
