What Good Care Looks Like
Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
Build The Next Generation Of Medication Management Technology
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help shape and build the next generation of Clarest Path—our medication management software designed to help care teams drive better outcomes for patients. You'll own meaningful product areas from discovery through launch, working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success, and our customers to turn complex problems into simple, scalable software.
This is a hands-on product role with real ownership.
You'll help define what we build, why we're building it, and how we bring it to life. You'll lead discovery, develop product strategy, write requirements and PRDs, prioritize the roadmap, partner closely with Engineering, and drive products and capabilities through launch and adoption.
We're looking for a Product Manager who enjoys building, not just maintaining.
You don't need to have built an entire platform from scratch, but you should have experience taking a new product or significant product capability from an idea or ambiguous problem through development and launch—and be excited to do more of that here.
This is an opportunity to join a startup-like product environment within a growing healthcare organization, where you can run with ideas, make meaningful decisions, and help shape a product with significant room to grow.
What You’ll DoYou’ll help shape, build, and scale the next generation of Clarest Path—turning complex healthcare and medication management challenges into products that are useful, scalable, and designed around the people who use them.
- Own product areas from discovery through launch, defining the problem, shaping the solution, partnering with Engineering and Design, and driving delivery through adoption.
- Lead discovery with users, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, pain points, and opportunities—and translate those insights into clear product direction.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap priorities by balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and available resources.
- Write clear product requirements and PRDs, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and help Engineering understand both the what and the why behind the work.
- Build new software and product capabilities, with a strong focus on net-new experiences and expanding the capabilities of Clarest Path.
- Help shape the evolution of Path from its current capabilities toward a broader, scalable software platform—including opportunities across patient, provider, client, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design throughout…
