Deputy Program Manager

CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations, business management, and growth of a professional services program. This role serves as a key partner to program leadership, helping ensure effective execution, financial performance, workforce readiness, compliance, and overall program health. Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Some travel is required.

• Support day-to-day program operations and business management activities.
• Assist with program planning, resource coordination, and operational priorities.
• Monitor program performance, financial health, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Human Resources, and other corporate functions to support program execution.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and resource allocation activities.
• Develop and maintain past performance content, customer success stories, and program knowledge assets.
• Support proposal development, pricing activities, staffing plans, and growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the program.
• Serve as backup to the Program Manager.
